Simon, Eric, Rafael, Lee…and Charli. It’s never mattered that Charli is the only girl in the crowd. She’s always been a tomboy, anyway. Just one of the guys.
Between work and Couch Potato Thursdays, life is pretty full. Sure, no man alive can get through the friend gauntlet, but thanks to her boys and her toys, she’s got plenty of fantasy material. It’s a win-win situation. Until Lee has a destination wedding in Cozumel—and Charli’s “best man” duties take a kinky turn.
Through what looks to be foul play by Lee’s new brides, Charli finds herself on a decidedly decadent shore excursion, playing “The Race Erotic”. With each sexy challenge, it becomes clearer that down deep, she desires not one, not two, but all three of her remaining single buddies.
They’re the only family she’s ever known. She can’t imagine living without them. Will she have to choose? Or will the final score be three to one?
Warning: Naughty costumes, kinky toys, a boy, a girl…two more boys, all doing unspeakably dirty things to each other
Smutketeer RG: So my fellow Smutketeers have abandoned me for some exciting party filled RWA conference. Left me alone with a few toys and a promise to return in a week. I told Eden that I had a release today and she said, “You should do yourself.” So, here I go.
RG Alexander has a red hot novella out today from Samhain Publishing. Three for Me?
So RG-since you’re all alone having some self love today ( not that I’m judging), tell me about your favorite solo activities.
Writer RG: That’s…a little personal but okay. My natural state is communal, but I love to read, enjoy putting on my headphones and watching movies only I would find entertaining. That could be anything from Mulan to Pride and Prejudice. And meditating. I also love to get lost in research, at least, the kind you can do by yourself lol
Smutketeer RG: Your latest release Three for Me? Sounds interesting, if physically complicated. What’s it about? And how do you handle those logistics?
Writer RG: Thanks for asking! These are very interesting friends-it starts out with Charli as the best man, her three friends the groomsmen as they watch the other member of their childhood group marrying his two, yes two fiancés. When a shore excursion turns into an erotic race, Charli finds herself drawn to all three of her single friends, even though they are the only family she’s ever known, and she’s afraid she’s going to lose them.
This is not your average love story. Simon wants Charli, Rafael wants Eric, and Charli wants, um, everybody.
And yes, getting them all together was interesting to say the least.
Smutketeer RG: What gave you the idea to write a foursome?
Writer RG: Well, the story idea came to me when I actually went on a cruise and had an interesting, if less risqué shore excursion myself. As to the foursome part… it started as an idea for a ménage, but the characters didn’t think we should leave one poor man out, pining for the others.
Smutketeer RG: I don’t mean to sound biased, but I think you made the right decision. Charli no doubt thanks you as well.
Speaking of threesomes, you have a lot of things coming up in the next year. Wanna share?
Writer RG: I do! I have planned a novella ménage series, with the first hopefully coming out before the end of this year at Samhain Publishing. I also have the fourth book in the Children of the Goddess, Midnight Falls, coming out this October, also at Samhain. It closed a chapter for me. Although I have a feeling we’ll have to return to that world one more time.
At the moment I am working on a 3 novella anthology for Berkley Heat-it has voodoo and romance and a very interesting sexual spirit named Bone Daddy jumping into the mix. It should be out next summer.
Smutketeer RG: Being the most innocent Smutketeer of the bunch (which isn’t saying a lot, those other girls are di-irty) is there anything you write about that you wouldn’t do?
Writer RG: No comment.
Smutketeer RG: How can you plead the fifth when you’re interviewing yourself? You know I know.
Writer RG: Next question?
Smutketeer RG: *sigh* Spoilsport. Okay on to the most interesting questions:
Erotic toy you most wish you had? Sex Swing
Whipping or Spanking? Spanking
Warrior or submissive maiden? *blush* Maiden
Boxers or briefs? Commando
Chocolate or Vanilla? Chocolate all the way
Voyeur or exhibitionist? Voyeur
Tattoos or piercings? Tattoos definitely. I’d love to pierce something other than my ears. I just have to work up the nerve. J
Superpower- Time travel or flight? Hard one! I’ve always wanted to fly, but if I could only have one, I think I’d choose time travel. I’m too fascinated by the past and curious about the future.
High heels or fuzzy socks? Fuzzy socks without a doubt.
Smutketeer RG: Okay, this has been a unique experience.
Writer RG: Weird. But good. Thank you for taking time out of-our-day to interview me…us.
Smutketeer RG: Anytime Sybil. I mean RG. Are we having a contest today?
Writer RG: Yes! One of the readers who posts here today will get TWO ebooks from my backlist.
All for Smut and Smut for All!
