Serious I just recently started reading and have become completely Obsessed with it. I have read over 250 books since 1/2010. If I’m not reading I’m listening to it off my kindle. When I go to sleep I have it read to me. It’s an Obsession for me, but one I enjoy completely. It’s especialy nice when I find authors such as yourselves that write great stories!
by Dawn July 26th, 2010 at 8:58 pmMy first obsession would have to be with chocolate . when I was 3 years old I had these really bad hives and I could barely breath my mom of course rushed me to the hospital thinking i was asmatic but turned out I was allergic to chocolate and that started my obsession. once you know you can’t have it that’s all you want it seems. now I can have it in very small dosage and I still get the hives but it’s so worth it

My obsession has always been reading. It started very young at around the age of 10 my sister and I discovered Christopher Pike and Sweet Valley High books, we collected them all. As a teenager became obsessed with Ann Rice and from then on the obsession to read every vampire book I could get my hands on emerged. As of early this year I discovered romance novels and that is my current obsession right now if to read everything that has been published by the Smutketeers!

I suppose reading is an early obsession, since I started learning to read at age 3 and had many fond memories of being in the library starting at that age.
Sometimes, though, I get obsessed over some food product like cupcakes, cakes or cookies (the ones with M&Ms from Safeway). I’m giving them up one by one.

I have gotten even more obsessed as my children grew up and it left me with the most precious of gifts “time” to be able to sit back and take all the time in the world to enjoy my love of books.
