The ever-fabulous Rachel Kramer Bussel, author and editor extraordinaire, is with us today to share a smutty excerpt from her latest book, PASSION: Erotic Romance for Women, out now from Cleis Press, and to do a giveaway! PASSION is a multi-author anthology by some of erotica’s star authors, including Portia Da Costa, Saskia Walker, Charlene Teglia, Delilah Devlin and more, plus Rachel’s own story, Five Senses. Let’s take a peek at some lovely, kinky smut, shall we?

Excerpt of “Getting It Right” by Teresa Noelle Roberts
From Passion: Erotic Romance for Women edited by Rachel Kramer Bussel (Cleis Press)

This time they pulled out all the stops. This time the room was full of flickering vanilla- and cinnamon-scented candles, adding a medieval, almost religious air to Jesse’s plain bedroom.
This time there was no anger, no exhaustion, no confusion, just lust and love and, at least on Heather’s side, a lot of sexy anxiety. Under the angst and foolishness, that first time, she’d caught hints that she’d like the cane under better circumstances.
But it still scared her.
And Jesse saw her fear and helped her through it.
They necked like teenagers on the couch before moving into the bedroom and kissing and caressing some more, so Heather was wet and quivering even before she began to undress.
This time, Jesse sat on the bed and put her over his knee, as he had their first night together. Starting with light, loving smacks that sent the blood rushing, stimulating her skin, stimulating her sex, he warmed her up until she was pushing her backside up to meet his hand. Then he stepped it up a little, cupping the sweet spot of her ass with each blow, half watching the color turning from creamy to pink to almost red, half watching Heather’s reaction, the pleading little yelps, the squirming, the way she parted her legs, letting loose some of her aroused musk.
“How I can resist that invitation?” Jesse stroked her vulva, then slapped it lightly, teasingly. His fingers came away wet and slick. “Now that’s what I like to see,” he said, his voice breathy, smoky.
He pulled her up and kissed her, lingering and deep. “Now lie on your back,” he commanded. “I have a vision.”
Then he started arranging her.
He arched her over so her thighs rested on her chest and told her to hold herself in place with her arms.
He tucked several pillows under her, raising her ass. “Perfect,” he said. “I have a gorgeous target, but I can watch your face.”
He didn’t add in case you need to safeword and can’t find your voice, but he didn’t need to.

My passions change from time to time (and as I find new things to get excited about), but at the moment I’m in LOVE with the new thigh-high boots I just got for my 15th wedding anniversary. They’re so smoking hot! They lace up the front and zip down the sides so they’re adjustable, which is really good because they’re super tight. Hubby adores them! We went out to dinner for our anniversary and we were both chuckling about the fact that the only thing on our minds was that pair of boots & how soon we’d get to try them out (had to wait for a school day for a little afternoon kink). Days later we were still texting each other just one word… BOOTS! LOL! I’d say it was one of our better $60 investments. ;)

    Thanks for stopping in, Rachel!

Um…my passion is for books. I write them, I read them, and I’m a librarian too. Predictable, much?

Also, I love men with accents. Always have, always will. I might even be dating one now

Darn, Crystal stole my answer except for the dating part LOL
ok so I will try to think of another passion…tattoos! And FOOD

Thanks, everyone. It’s my 35th birthday so I’m extra happy to be here. I’m passionate about fishnets and stockings, generally, They are so fun and really add so much to an outfit and make me feel instantly sexy, plus keep me warm (or warm-ish). I’m also passionate about cupcakes and in my non-erotica life run a blog about them, Cupcakes Take the Cake. I don’t know if this will let me make a link so here’s the URL: http://cupcakestakethecake.blogspot.com – today also happens to be National Vanilla Cupcake Day!

Lindy – I wish I had more boots! I love high heels and have lots of them but have never been able to properly find boots that work for me, but at 5’3” I could use the extra height. Yours sound hot!

Crystal and Bonnie – I’m a little (but only a little) embarrassed by how many books I own. I have two of Eden’s that I plan to take on the plane with me to LA next week so I can get her to sign them. It’s a little ridiculous. My only sadness about this passion is that I am not a faster reader.

Thanks for coming to our blog, and I will definitely be checking out your other one. You had me had cupcakes! :)

I loooove cupcakes. We have the most awesome cupcake bakery down the street from the library. I try not to walk by too often. The temptation is just too much for me.

  11. 11

Did someone say cupcakes? LOL I love making and eating them heehee. My passion is books and shoes. I make it a point to find the most unique shoes/boots I can find, something that I know some people will not even dare to try on. That is why I love Carrie Bradshaw in Sex in the City, they would put her in the most amazing shoes *sigh* that I would only be able to wear in my dreams.

  12. 12

Happy Happy Birthday!!! Have a safe and non bumpy flight and give Eden a big hug for me, please. I love to wear stockings and my husband loves to buy them for me when I go down to visit. I love cupcakes too, over in New London is The Cake Lady and her cupcakes and cakes are to die for, they also cost $2.00 a piece so they are a real treat. My favorite is her vanilla and then the banana.

  13. 13

I already have the awesome book, but my passions are shoes and art. I am such an art geek! And tattoos. Which reminds me that I need some new ink ASAP!

  14. 14

i am passionate about enthusiasm. i want your desire for me to overpower you; i want you to be crazed with need for me. i want your hand on my throat, your hot breath on the side of my face, your eyes intent on my reactions as you do… oh… wicked things with your other hand. this may have a circularity to it: i am passionate about passion.

  15. 15

I am passionate about deep, sexy, secrets. My husband says I must always have a secret just for the sake of having a secret. (Maybe it’s a scorpio thing?) :-)

  16. 16

Hmm…I am passionate about sugar! lol I love candy (not chocolate-candy!) and I love cupcakes but the frosting must be buttercream not that whipped stuff. The texture makes me gag. I also love books! I now have a goal to get as many signed books as I can. I love them! :) I read sometimes two books a day on my kindle so I am quite the book whore or as some refer to me a book pimp :)

Thank you, Rachel and Eden, for featuring my story.

Since I already have copies of the book, I’m exempting myself from the giveaway. I’ll still answer the question, for I’m passionate about a lot of things. In no particular order, here’s a selection: single-malt Scotch, writing, elegant use of English, gardening and great food. I’m most passionate, however, about my husband. I picked a good one!

I freely show the most passion (publicly) when I take the chance to “live life on the edge” as I usually say. I am unfortunatly allergic to sulfites so fresh fruit causes hives in my mouth and throat, as you can immagine very uncomfortable. So when I get a bite of a fresh strawberry I take my time. I slowly take a bite savoring every moment, starting with my teeth cutting trough the berry. The flavor slowly begins to hit each part of my tongue and spread through my mouth as my eyes roll up into my head. When I finally exhale all you can hear is the groan from the last orgasim. You will now know who I am with that shot of benadryl on the side of a single stawberry. Ahh living life on the edge is wonderfull.

Right now I am passionate for chocolate and reading new books. I love wearing shoes and buying them. I love singing karoake and singing songs that my friends say YoU singing that song I say YEP!!!

I have always had a passion for photography, all kinds :) But most recently I have developed a deep dark passion for reading and it seems I can’t get enough. – Happy Birthday Rachel !

  21. 21

Passionate about: pizza (make my own dough & my own sauce, just have to find a reason to build my own wood-fired oven), close vocal harmony (most fun you can have with clothes on), single-malt scotch (ask me about my 40-yr old Unobtanium), intellectual property rights (pls don’t ever tell me you copy mp3′s from other people – musicians deserve to be paid for their work), elegant software (the innards users never see), storytelling (as performance art and as tool for cultural transformation).

  22. 22

Books. I have/own over 1500. To the point that a few years ago, my hubby got me matching bookcases for the front room for xmas. And I still brag about this gift years later & they were not ever ‘solid’ wood (we couldn’[t afford 9 solid wood bookcases at the time (or now either). Yea, I basically have my own library set up in the front room of my home. All genres are covered, except maybe old-fastioned westerns. Even horror since hubby likes that, but I don’t read those. And I am proud of it (ie passionate about it. Even have strict rules that must be followed IF I am to allow someone to borrow a book). And I am always getting more, adding to what I own, always reading, looking for new authors, more books by favs, etc. Other women buy clothes & shoes, I buy books, even go to thrift stores looking for out-of-print fav authors! While my hubby veggs out in front of the TV, I am reading another book.

Gee, think this counts as a passion?

Am I allowed two? 1.) Rise Stevens (as Dahlilah) belting out her displeasure for Samson, tipped forward for a tantalizing view of her torso. I was in the wings (ass’t. stage mgr.). Incredible lady. 2.) Any book by author Bo Bleu (Renaissance Books, Sizzler Editions.)

  24. 24

I like to be tied up or down. LOL

  25. 25

I like the way you think Rhyan!

  26. 26

Passions? Books and reading, of course ;) And chocolate. And definitely my family, education, and love–not necessarily in that order! Great to learn about Rachel’s latest! Thank you!
