Reece and Scarlet have everything a loving couple could want, except a hot kinky sex life. Malachi, an experienced Dom, steps in to help them sort that out. But not only is he a terrible memory from Reece’s past, he’s a smartass and damaged goods, too.
As they all learn to trust each other, Malachi becomes more than just their kink coach. It’s a full-on brat smackdown, and no heart gets out unscathed.
Warning: Contains unrepentant brats, surprise orgasms, a Domme with training wheels, and a Dom whose tongue is registered as a weapon of mass seduction.

An interview with the Characters from THE DOM WITH THE CLEVER TONGUE!
I’m here with Reece, Scarlet and Malachi, to talk to them about their book, The Dom with the Clever Tongue.
So Malachi, I hear that Reece and Scarlet have asked you to help them sort out their kink life. Was it difficult?
Malachi: It depends on what you mean by difficult. There was some confusion about their roles, at first, but it didn’t take long for me to figure out what the real dynamic was. People always think that submission is just about lying back and taking it, but it’s a lot more deep and interactive than being a blow up doll.
Reece: Blow up dolls are a hard limit.
Scarlet: What would you even do with one, Reece?
Reece: Dress it up like me and throw it at you so I could get a nap.
Scarlet, was it weird having a guy that involved in your personal life?
Scarlet: We don’t really think of Malachi as a guy. He’s just Malachi – our insanely hot buddy that can’t play Xbox for shit. It was a little weird having him there when we were intimate, but he was a gentleman, mostly.
Reece: A gentleman? I don’t think pirates qualify as gentlemen. And I can tell you right now, he didn’t teach us anything about gentleness. I’d have to agree with you about the Xbox thing, though.
Malachi: You can’t go around wounding a man’s pride like that. Maybe I’m no gentleman, but I can totally kick Scarlet’s ass at Call of Duty.
Scarlet: I call bullshit. And did he interfere with our personal life? Yeah, you could say that. Like a bull in a china shop.
Reece: He’s hung like a what?
Was it hard to get past your history with Malachi, Reece?
Reece: For a little while, yes. It’s hard to see someone in a different light when they’ve made such an abysmal impression on you, but for Scarlet I tried to put that behind me. He really did deserve a second chance though.
Scarlet: It was iffy for awhile, but she kept an open mind. Lucky for me, Reece doesn’t hold grudges very well.
Malachi: Except for when you don’t clean up after yourself. I left a beer bottle on the coffee table once and it almost became a permanent part of my anatomy.
Scarlet: Did you? That was brave… very brave, my friend. Or maybe the word I’m looking for is foolhardy.
Reece: I’m not that bad. There’s just no reason to live like a slob. The blue box is your friend.
Malachi: I’ll introduce you to my friend, alright.
Reece: *sigh* Everything is a sex joke with you.
Malachi: No, everything is a sex joke with Scarlet. I’m perfectly innocent.
Scarlet: Yeah, bite me, pirate boy.
Malachi: Sure. You name the place.
Anyway, now I’m a little afraid of reading your story. Is there anything I should know ahead of time? Any other warnings?
Malachi: Well, a tattoo machine is used for nefarious purposes. There’s also some deflowering, and an erotic wrestling match. And a girl that likes to say no, which isn’t her safeword.
Scarlet: There are no furry latex cheerleaders, despite what you may have heard.
Reece: Why do I even talk to you people?
Scarlet (chuckling): We all know why.
Well, that’s all the time we have for today. Thanks for dropping by to tell us about The Dom with the Clever Tongue. Here’s an excerpt to show the nice people:
“So how do you want to do this?” Malachi asked. “Here?”
“What are you expecting us to do?” Scarlet asked.
“Just play. Pretend I’m not here and do what you’d normally do. Clothes on, of course. If I can figure out what’s not working, I’ll tell you afterward.”
“Fuck.” Reece’s curse came as a shock. She rarely swore. “I need a drink first.”
“You should have a clear head for this.”
“I know, I know. I’ve read a bunch of the kinkster handbooks, Mr. Johansson. This is just a little weird.”
He snorted. “That’s an understatement.”
Before they could get into a verbal sparring match, Scarlet leaned over and kissed her. Reece’s mouth was hard and she resisted her for a few moments, but as usual she gave in to her coaxing. She could never feign disinterest for long. Reece started to squirm against her, but froze when Malachi shifted in his chair. Scarlet buried a hand in Reece’s hair and forced her up, then marched her down the hall into their bedroom. Malachi trailed after them.
When they reached the foot of the bed, Scarlet pointed at the floor. “Kneel.”
Reece looked at her meaningfully, sighed and rolled her eyes before she dropped to the hardwood. Her expression was anything but respectful.
Scarlet glanced at Malachi, who’d settled into the wingback chair in the corner. He raised his brows in a you’re going to take that shit? kind of way.
Grabbing her by the hair again, Scarlet yanked her back to her feet. She bent Reece over the bed and grabbed her belt off the dresser. Normally she’d warn her or ask first, but this was downright embarrassing. She hit Reece’s ass twice with the belt – hard. Her girlfriend gasped then gave her a dirty look.
“When I tell you to do something, kitten, you do it. No sass.”
“I didn’t even say anything!” she groused.
Scarlet gave her two more smacks with the belt and Reece danced from foot to foot, and covered her ass with her hands.
“Ow! Jeez! Yes, Scarlet. Don’t be mean.”
“Then quit acting like you’re in charge right now.” She growled and pointed at the floor.
Reece knelt where she was supposed to, gaze down. Her posture wasn’t quite what Scarlet wanted.
“Hands behind your back. Tits out.”
She complied and it made her chest thrust forward. Scarlet licked her lips. She could get off just looking at her like this. Instead she went to the closet and rifled around, leaving Reece kneeling there, waiting. Waiting and knowing that Malachi was watching. If she caught a glimpse of his expression, like Scarlet had, she’d be blushing. He looked like he wanted to eat her alive.
